The ECHL is a professional league two rungs below the NHL, it is a farm league where young players out of college or juniors, many drafted to the NHL, continue their progress and development for their shot at the big time. I absolutely love this league and its players, they are a passionate; gritty bunch that never cease to surprise and inspire me.
